Together with Apace very fast network storage hardware (200-400 Mbytes/sec throughput with low latency & RAID 5/6 protection), the software utilities help users to scale up for storage capacity and throughput and diversified workflow and to significantly improve productivity and protection of their digital data asset.
vShare is for data movement within and between multiple platform environment. It can be used to share content over local and Internet, automatically with resume function designed for very large amount of data transfer. Locally it can throttle the traffic for managed video dataflow. vShare supports both Windows and Apple Mac platforms. vShare can run as a software agent on any Client node and offer intelligent content management between client node and Apace Network Storage systems such as eStor and vStor.
Capture Module offers concurrent and managed multi-stream video capture to Apace Network Storage systems. The software is designed to run on and support Avid and Apple FCP edit/capture client nodes independently. It keeps a capturing (digitizing) process isolated per capture client as to minimize potential frame loss. After the digital content is created, it will be automatically uploaded to designated destination for sharing and collaboration.
Project Management offers management of projects and users. It gives overall view of user access right (read-only or read-write for a project) and quota with visibility of user online activity. The intelligent project management helps both administrator and business management for project progress, online activity and customers pre-viewing. As an example, a manager can provide a limited access of certain content for an outside consultant or another department. It supports Avid Media Tools/ Manager with media and bin files sharing.
MassMover offers a comprehensive tool to move millions of files and/or terabytes of data between our network storage systems. It is designed for users to manage large scale data migration efficiently and conveniently.
